2. Chapter Update
UH Manoa Student Branch members won 3rd place in the 2013
International Contest of Application in Nano-Micro Technology (iCAN)
in Barcelona. Their project, the Vital Baby Monitor System, combined
wearable sensors and a wireless control system with the goal of
reducing infant mortality due to SIDS.
Congratulations to the students and their faculty advisor!
