Our November Monthly Meeting - Technical Talk and EXCOM:

We are holding our November meeting on Monday, Nov. 5, 2012. This dinner

Technical Talk - This meeting will include a Communication Chapter technical talk and a short EXCOM meeting.  Everyone please come and join us for a great evening.

EXCOM Meeting Agenda

1. Schedule technical and professional talks and activities. We want to schedule our Business Card Exchange. Grant is coordinating this. The Business Card Exchange is an annual professional activity event held at UH-Manoa in conjunction with the student branch. We also are looking into arranging Ocean Engineering and Computer Society Chapter events. We are always looking for suggestions from our members about the types of technical talks we should hold.

2. We also need to find candidates willing to run for office in the Computer Society Chapter elections. The slate of candidates must be announced two weeks before the election.

3.  Doug Zuckerman has asked Al Toda and Tom Moore to point Sonny Bhagowalla, the State of Hawaii CIO, to opportunities in Hawaii to get involved in IEEE activities, especially those which will benefit young people. How can we help with this?
